In January 2024, Natasha started LegalEASE.
What began as a way to work flexibly while harnessing the power of legaltech soon grew into something bigger when Natasha noticed that many of her peers in their 40s and 50s were struggling to balance careers with caring for children, supporting aging parents, and managing personal health.
Flexibility wasn’t a luxury, it was essential.
By June 2025, LegalEASE had evolved to provide affordable fractional consultants who work flexibly either solo or in teams to ensure that work carries on for our clients while their people receive the time and space they need to take time off.
We step in when you need to step away.
We’re seeking to challenge typical legal resourcing options of full-time permanent employees, full-time interim contractors, traditional law firms and ALSPs which, depending on the option, can be expensive, inexperienced or overkill.
LegalEASE was built to close the gap by embedding flexible senior counsel into teams, modernising operations with technology, and building governance frameworks that strengthen credibility.
Every engagement is led personally by a small team, giving clients clarity and consistent support.
We build durable systems, workflows, and governance frameworks that strengthen legal operations beyond temporary resourcing.
We partner with mission-driven start-ups, SMEs, and non-profits that prioritise clarity, accountability, and long-term impact.
